MOST EXCITING FOOD COUNTY - MAYO
"...Mayo now needs 15 pages to accommodate the restaurants, shops, cheesemakers and wine merchants that are fast becoming the glory of the west. From Castlebar's Café Rua to Newport's Kelly's butcher's, there are superstar food folk all around..."

Wonderful Mayo produced food like Cuinneog country butter, lo tide seaweed products, Kelly's Dry cure rashers, Carrowholly cheese ,Westport grove Jams and Stephen Gould's mixed leaves always available at RUA delictessen. As always, Mayo reared meat and locally grown herbs and vegetables on the menu at both cafes.
